1. Refund Conditions
As astrology is a personalized & time-based service, refunds will only be provided in the following cases:
- Payment was made by mistake
- Duplicate transaction
- Service not delivered due to technical error
2. Non-Refundable Services
Refund is NOT applicable if:
- Consultation is already completed
- Report has been delivered
- User changes their mind after booking
- User gives incorrect birth details
- Service is delayed due to unavoidable circumstances
3. Cancellation
- Booking can be cancelled within 1 hour of payment if consultation/report has not started.
- Once work has begun, cancellation is not allowed.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through Razorpay or original payment method.
